FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would consider my pricing to be on the upper middle end of the scale, but as they say you have to pay for quality. Normally I give discounts for bigger projects and always give discounts for return customers and additional work on ongoing projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I focus on a good introduction! I’ve always believed face to face is the best way to meet a client though I do welcome calls, txts and emails. After discussing the project in detail and taking all necessary measurements I supply a bid within 48 hours. Once a client decides that they would like to work with me I start working closely with the client on scheduling and begin the project at the best convenience!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working on construction site from a very young age, I’m a third generation tradesman and construction runs in the family! I have both my OSHA 10 and 30 hour certification as well as several heavy equipment certifications. In addition I specialize in custom granite, tile and concrete projects though I don’t do any foundation work. I can take on nearly any project under the sun and by no means am limited to my specialties!
