David with Mintz Construction is truly top-notch! He completed the exterior painting of our home, and the results were absolutely fantastic. The quality of work exceeded our expectations, and the entire project was completed without any issues.
We also hired him for some minor upgrades in our guest bathroom, and once again, everything went smoothly. His craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail are second to none.
We’re planning a full master bathroom remodel soon, and David is the only contractor we trust to handle the job. His communication is excellent, his work is meticulous, and he consistently delivers outstanding results.

I got 3 bids and this was the lowest one. Also, David was extremely helpful with ideas to make my bathroom remodel more user friendly. He was on time, cleaned up the area afterwards and completed the job early and UNDER BUDGET! I value honest Contractors and he did everything he said he would. Very happy! 5 Stars!! I love my bathroom now! Thank you again!

David Mintz with Mintz Construction did an outstanding job finishing my unfinished basement. From start to finish, he showed professionalism that is difficult to come by, clear communication with his plan and objectives throughout the process, and real attention to detail. Not too often you find people or businesses who critique their own work more than the customer. All of which made it very easy to work with him! The quality of his work was amazing, the finished basement turned out even better than I had hoped and looked as if it was already done when we purchased our house. David was reliable, knowledgeable, and took extreme pride in making sure everything was done right. I highly recommend Mintz Construction to anyone looking for high-quality craftsmanship and a contractor they can truly trust.

I recently used Mintz Constructions for some exterior house and lawn work including gutter cleaning, fence repair, window well cleaning, mowing and trimming. The experience was outstanding. Dave arrived as scheduled, was fully prepared with everything he needed to complete the work, was extremely professional and the work was all completed beautifully. The icing on the cake was the price which was remarkably reasonable. I'm already putting together my next list of thing for Mintz Construction to tackle for me.
