- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer military discounts, healthcare, and even the occasional “why not” discount. We utilize electronic estimates to help speed up the estimate process. We are currently specializing in drywall which allows us to bring more cost-efficient services with better results as we are able to buy in bulk. Every dollar matters to us and we know it matters to you. We understand if we save money then we can pass those savings on directly to our client. *pricing always is broken down by line in electronic estimates for easy understanding and reading. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have two estimate processes: Electronic Estimate based off text photos/ In-Person estimates. Both have their perks and both are options for any client. Any Altitude strives to be transparent with pricing and the progress of any project. If any issues arise during a project, we stop immediately and inform the client of the issue so that our clients can make educated decisions. We strive to explain the cost efficient way or the best quality finish but regardless we deliver quality work at an affordable price. We love to answer questions and give free advice whether we are considered for a project or not in hopes to educate those who have questions. Don’t hesitate to call or text with questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 16 years of experience. Various working situations, various clients, all employees are trained in conflict resolution, etc. Joshua not only strives to provide new and improved methods of repair but also it’s his passion to pass that experience down to others.
