I think Chris was very easy to work with. He listens to what you want. He does beautiful work, very creative, progressional . Also he's very versatile and is very willing to do other trades that may have been outside the original scope of the estimate. He's passionate about his work , however he's an artist not a man with a suit and tie on . He doesn't see things inside the same perimeters as people who have far less talent than he does.

Mr Dempsey was pleasant, prompt, and an experienced and knowledgeable plumber. I will call him again for my plumbing needs.

This person emailed me 13 times about the project, day/time to meet. On the day/time that HE picked, he never showed and then emailed me to say he thought it was a different day than it actually was! Huh? If you don't know what day it is you probably can't work, period. What a waste of time. I remember another guy with the last name of Dempsey that did a shitty carpet installation...hmmmm.

An M. I found your review quite interesting, yes we did email quite a few times as I recall. every time we rescheduled due to weather, which was three times as memory serves, you were the one who questioned the drive, not I. Snow is a common event here in Colorado, I have driven on it my entire life and have no concerns whatsoever about traveling to any destination in the state while it is snowing. Communicating with clients is important, you must know what is going on. Due to the number of times we rescheduled there was some confusion on my part as to which day, not time, we had set the last appointment, Thursday or Friday. It was the former and not the latter as I had on my schedule. I knew what day it was I simply made a mistake entering it in my appointment book and missed it. I remembered that we had set the appointment for Thursday not Friday as I had written down. I do agree it was a huge waste of time, over two hours of my time discussing schedule, weather, and the aspects of this small job that never panned out due to such a minor thing as snow. To your assumption that I may be an individual that installed carpeting in the past for you I would question the validity of that statement. It is not an uncommon name, what exactly was the issue? How did you handle it? Did you contact the store where you purchased the carpet? In the past I always worked for a flooring store and always provided a guarantee, never once have I not stood behind my work, if it even was my work. Any issue with a job would have been addressed even if it meant a full replacement, which I can proudly say I have never had to do! If you were unhappy with the job why did you not call the store, or me? To have spent any amount of money for a job that didn't turn out as you desired should have prompted you to take action, did you or did you just sit quietly and do nothing but complain to those around you? You say you remember the last name of the installer that did a "shitty job", you do not have documentation to that effect? No proof? No Invoice or contract? Odd, I have always provided an invoice to my customers, its where the guarantee is written, if I did the job you would have been provided documentation that contained everything you needed to rectify the situation, but you didn't... Had you not requested we reschedule due to a little snow three times I would have been there on time. Had you taken ANY action in the past you would not have had to live with a "shitty" installation! One phone call and it would have been rectified, you did nothing. Your recollection, guess, may now cost this company, its seven employees and their families a significant amount of revenue because of your negative review based on a hunch, not fact, and your own inaction when you had a problem in the past, you have not even met with me or any representative of this company, seen the quality of our work, or spoken with any of the thousands of satisfied customers. Wow, OK, Thank you for your splendid review of um-mm... nothing, your dedication to digging deep and ensuring the facts are presented, your on the spot reporting of an issue with a job, how many years ago was it, that I may or may not have done. I am quite pleased at the outcome of our scheduled meeting, had I actually made it you might have hired us and we would have had to deal with you on a daily basis, I wonder how much fun that would have been... hmmm! Have a great day!
