- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we do. We have two types of training programs available. Small group and one to one personal training. Our price for the small group training is standard for everyone but our personal training is based on how many times per week a client schedules with a trainer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers go through our complimentary Fitness Strategy session, where we perform a movement evaluation and form a plan to get them to their goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate from CU the Springs with a degree in Exercise Science. I have been in the health and fitness field for over 25 years. I am also a certified Nutritional Coach.
