- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is to talk about your expectations. Our highly trained team members are going to ask you some questions to discover your wants and needs. We promise to take time to listen to your expectations, so don’t be shy! We will then offer you some possible solutions for your home based on your feedback. After determining the chosen home automation components, we will work together with you to design a complete system. then ask you to approve the design. After reaching agreement we sign the contract and collect partial payment also discuss on installing date and time. Next step is install. At this time our team member will install the system and will connect all devices to ensure its working together seamlessly. After we finish installing your complete system, we make sure that you understand how to use all the new features of your home effectively. This is usually the big WOW moment when suddenly everything comes together, and you ask yourself, “How did I live without this until now?!” Just because the complete system is designed and installed, and you have been educated on how to use all the new features of your home effectively, doesn’t mean that you won’t potentially need our help. We are always going to be available in case you need a refresher or would like to add additional components to your home system.
