- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally price the job based on how big the home is, number of bed and bathrooms, what needs to be done, and how many hours it should take me to complete it. Also, I have to make up for the price of any materials that have to come out of my pocket
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to make sure that all guidelines are laid out. I want to be positive that details have been discussed and that all aspects of the job are agreed upon. I then proceed to double check on dates and times to be completely sure there will be no miscommunication or inconveniences for either myself or the customer!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a lot of personal experience. I have not done much training aside from many hours, days, and years of hard work. I have had much trial and error in my years of cleaning and organizing homes. I have made mistakes and learned lessons during my entire career.
