Johnny, I am sorry you are dissatisfied with your service, however, I arrived at 0858 to do your walk through and two of my team members arrived right at 0900. I did not say we would be finished in 4 hours. I have before and after pictures of your house. There was orange scum caked on your cabinets in your upstairs bathroom, your master bedroom shower walls and the floor of your shower was black when we arrived and white when we left. I called my 4th team member at 1130 asking her to come help. She arrived approximately 1215 and at 1237 you told us to stop at 1400, so I sent her home immediately. The walls had black marks running down them in every room, the floors under the kitchen appliances seemed to not have been moved and cleaned since you moved in. You paid less than $16 an hour per person. Your house was extremely filthy. This is what we accomplished: Master bathroom CLEANED thoroughly-all black was removed, all scum removed, and cleaned. The other spare bedroom upstairs was also black and that was cleaned to white. We cleaned ceiling fixtures, window tracks (which were caked with black gunk), baseboards, walls, and vacuumed. This took 2 people while our 3rd team member was downstairs cleaning underneath the refrigerator, inside the refrigerator, the inside of the stove which had thick, black, caked on stains on every side of the oven, kitchen cabinets-inside and out-kitchen countertops, sink, dishwasher-inside and out, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping. We weren't able to get to one bathroom, baseboards, and the walls on the lower level. A move out clean requires deep cleaning. The tools I had to use on your house involved scrapers that painters have to use to get the gunk up, and A LOT of elbow grease. I am a disabled Veteran and I tore my body up cleaning your house. The reason we did not accept checks or credit cards because it was on a Sunday and our company has been stolen from many times from clients who require a deep clean on the weekends, and the check doesn't clear, or they dispute the credit card charge to get their money back. I was protecting our company. We are Bonded, Insured, and a BBB Accredited business. We even agreed to come in on Sunday because you needed it. We charged less because you were military and seemed to be in a crunch. Please don't make devalue the treatment you received from my team. You can't expect not to clean your house for years and then expect it to be sparkling clean in just 4 hours. It was a DEEP clean. If you only wanted us to touch the surfaces, we could have done that. I have before and after pictures if you would like to see what your house looked like and what my team and I were up against. Thank you.
