FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base prices on scope of work, square footage, and type of flooring. Our costs are fair and reasonable. *** We provide nationwide services. We provide a complimentary walk-through of one facility. If Cosmopolitan Cleaning has to spend more than five hours preparing a bid which includes traveling; or bidding on more than one location, a $75 fee shall be assigned per location and an hourly rate of $100 an hour for time spent preparing multiple location bids which will be credited to your first invoice upon hire. Please understand Cosmopolitan Cleaning is a small business. When there are multiple sites to travel to and prepare an estimate for; that takes time, resources, and team members. We appreciate you supporting a Woman Veteran Owned Small Business.***
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Learning a potential new client's initial request consists of basic questions: Type of building, square footage, what types of services, and how many days a week. Once meeting my point of contact, I listen to what the client is saying to ensure I understand their needs; and repeat it back to them so I know we're both on the same page. I will ask questions so I may address all the potential concerns, i.e., are we responsible for recycling. Once our initial walk through has been completed, I complete the preliminary quote and add all the specifics unique to your building and requirements. I then submit the bid within hours; and hopefully, we hear back from you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Earning a Master's Degree in Business with an emphasis on Supply Chain Management, the Veteran Operator of Cosmopolitan Cleaning, is a Subject Matter Expert on the psychology behind both cleaning and operations. The owner and operator have over 20 years experience in customer service and quality assurance measures.
