- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair, transparent, and customized to your project. Every estimate is based on the size of the job, surface condition, preparation needed, and the products selected. We never charge hidden fees, and all estimates are free. Discounts Available: • 10% OFF for Seniors, Military, Veterans, and First Responders. • Full interior or full exterior painting projects may qualify for discounts up to $500. We offer free estimates with no hidden fees or trip charges. Every estimate includes a detailed scope of work so you know exactly what's included. We're happy to answer questions, explain your estimate, and discuss options to help fit your budget. Our focus is delivering quality workmanship, premium materials, and honest communication so your investment lasts for years to come.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep the process simple: 1. Free Estimate – We discuss your project and schedule a convenient time to meet. 2. On-Site Consultation – We inspect the project, take measurements, and answer any questions. 3. Detailed Proposal – You'll receive a clear, detailed estimate with no hidden fees. 4. Schedule Your Project – Once approved, we'll set a start date and keep you updated. 5. Professional Painting – We protect your property, complete all prep work, and deliver a high-quality finish. 6. Final Walkthrough – We review the completed project with you and address any agreed-upon touch-ups to ensure you're satisfied. Our goal is to make your painting project easy, stress-free, and completed with quality workmanship from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We believe you're never done learning. Color2Color Painting is a proud member of the Painting Contractors Association (PCA), and we participate in ongoing training through Sherwin-Williams and Leggari to stay current on the latest products, techniques, and industry standards. Our leadership team brings over 50 years of painting experience and more than 20 years of business management experience. Our professional painters each have 15+ years of hands-on experience, allowing us to deliver quality workmanship on every project.
