FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I received my training in Philadelphia with the Painters Union before venturing out on my own & starting my own company, Nappi's Painting Services. I went on to sell the business and moved to Texas with my wife (where she is originally from) and started The Dallas Painting Company. We enjoyed coming to Colorado many times for vacation, and I sold my business once again, and we moved to the Springs. I started Gateway Painting last February and am looking forward to providing the area with high-quality craftsmanship & service.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked for a wide variety of customers focusing primarily on residential clients. The most enjoyable projects we've had were restorations of craftsman style homes in Dallas.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look at each contractor that you get a bid from and see who brings more value to the table, not necessarily the price. Cheap work that has no guarantees will always cost more to fix. You want professional tradesmen being paid livable wages using high-quality products to produce the results you are looking for.
