- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We move single items with our trailer along with full house moves, if you have only a few items we charge $200 for 1-4 items, and $280 for 5-10 items, and we have a 5 ft wide by 14ft long with 4ft walls open top trailer, that we can use for that, if you have more items then that we charge by the hour, $100 per hour. For piano moves our base rate is $310, we charge $60 extra if the piano is over 4 ft tall, and $60 for more the 4 steps at either location, if the steps have a turn or landing in the middle the charge is $110 and $40 extra if the distance between the pianos is over 40 miles, those are only extra for pianos move, Junk Removals *¢50 cents per pound of TVs *$50 per mattress *$30 per tire WE DO NOT REMOVE LARGE AMOUNTS OF DIRT.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take pride and care with each customer that we come in contact with, we have a very friendly customer care rep when you call, text, or message, and our crews are very polite and treat our customers and their items with care.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 5 years prior to starting our own company with another moving company that gave us a lot of on hand experience, in what to do and what not to do when it comes to moving big items, junk, or just your piano.
