We hired Mr. Munoz to clean up our yard before we sold. We wanted the new owners to have a yard that was in perfect condition. He did an amazing job. We weren’t living there at the time but he arrived when he said he was and sent before and after pictures. We are now planning on hiring him again to clean up our new yard.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based on these factors
1) is it going to be a regular lawn and maintenance care. Meaning will I be providing service for you,two to four times a month. For the entire season.
2) is it a one-time lawn maintenance care
3) is it going to be a full cleanout, for spring or fall, or just a clean out.
4) Will there be bushes needing trimming and trees needing trimming.
5) do I need to bag and haul away.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new clients we will prefer to go and give estimates on site, helps eliminate any misunderstanding over the phone estimates.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 5 years experience in this field after working for multiple companies I decided to start my own
