- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based on these factors 1) is it going to be a regular lawn and maintenance care. Meaning will I be providing service for you,two to four times a month. For the entire season. 2) is it a one-time lawn maintenance care 3) is it going to be a full cleanout, for spring or fall, or just a clean out. 4) Will there be bushes needing trimming and trees needing trimming. 5) do I need to bag and haul away.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new clients we will prefer to go and give estimates on site, helps eliminate any misunderstanding over the phone estimates.
