Kelly is my go to girl with all my makeup needs. Coming out of the Army, I wasn't as makeup savvy as I wanted to be as a civilian. Kelly taught me the basics to keep my makeup neutral, but enhance my assets. Still to this day when I want a change in makeup, big or small, I call Kelly!!

Kelly did the make up for my wedding, I've never looked better, without looking to made up. Truly lovely work, itade my day. Kelly even did the bridal parties make up, and last minute my mother-in-law make up. Kelly was gracious and invaluable

Kelly came over and taught a class to my photography clients who are all teenagers. She related well to them and taught them several easy tricks that were useful to them. I have loved every single time I have worked with her and she is for sure my go to MUA. Her personality is just as great as her make-up skills. Love her!!

Kelly is amazing! She is by far one of the best makeup artists I have ever worked with! So professional with a fabulous personality! Xo

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do a trial run for your wedding day! (Practice make Perfect) Talk to the artist about what you hope to achieve for your event look. Lashes? Airbrush? Glam? Ask the artist what kind of products they use in their kit? How much experience in application and how long have they been doing professional makeup?

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

As a makeup artist we do not just put makeup on people all day. There is a fine interaction between building trust, creating a perfect look and making a new and lasting friendship with clients. Makeup is an intimate detail and we must get up close and personal with clients. If they do not trust our skills or judgment the entire interaction can be thrown off. Developing rapport is key!
