I offer individual, couples, premarital, marriage, family, child, and adolescent counseling. The environment is a nonjudgmental, safe place of acceptance. I will walk along side and offer ways that can be helpful in managing trauma, stress, and relationships.
My goal is to help you access internal resources and make adjustments that can be helpful. My focus has been working with individuals of all ages dealing with a variety of issues, including trauma. I have worked with a diverse population anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, self-esteem, and grief to develop a plan to bring positive changes.
Together, we can identify the triggers that cause difficulties and process them. I can offer support and guidance through a difficult situation or a new direction in life.

Rachael is a Godsend to us, well maybe motr me, but also spouse expressed the same. I truely HOPE that thru her counseling we will be able to salveage our marriage. I'm SOOOO HAPPY she came into our time of marriage crisis. Either way it may go, I SO CHERISH her true concern of her clients that she shows in our sessions. She is an assent to her profession.

Our experience after one visit with Rachel was amazing to say the least!! We were both automatically comfortable with entrusting her with our every thought, which is especially rare for my husband! We both walked out of her office conpletely satisfied and actually excited for next weeks session!!
