- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This depends on frequency and type of program my client is involved in. Contact me for a free session so we can discuss your options further.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Discovery about the clients goals, lifestyle, nutrition, exercise history, health history and injuries 2. Postural, movement and fitness assessments 3. Customized strength and cardio program based off of the discovery and assessments 4. Around the clock support-I like to call this a "fitness journey" as changing your life for the better is not only physically challenging, but mentally challenging. I am a support system outside of sessions as well 5. Nutritional guidance is included. I am also a Holistic Nutritionist; I offer separate programs specifically for this if interested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
B.S. Exercise Science/Human Performance ACSM Health Fitness Specialist NASM Certified Personal Trainer Plant Based Nutrition (eCornell) Holistic Nutrition 2+ years working alongside physical therapists (corrective exercise is a huge part of my training) I personally have competed in Crossfit for 3 years, but don't train that style unless requested/needed
