- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Many variables with equipment and labor. These need to be discussed between essential parties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to have a discussion about what they are looking for as an end product. It is helpful to have a vision or an idea from my client, as a starting point. However, as I work the shot, and get to know the subject, I get excited with ideas of my own. I love the energy of being behind the camera, and what the lens and lighting are doing to the subject. Each image has a story, and I love finding, and telling, that story!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Media Production at Florida State University, and graduated with a BS in Communication. I have worked in the highest end of Video Production for over thirty years, and continue to learn through doing and through collaborations with some of the best people in the business. I have also continued to work on my skills as a still photographer. I rely on seminars and YouTube instructional videos to update myself on trends and technologies.
