FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I strive to find a balance with pricing which reflects both my understanding of a customer's needs, as well as, the pride I take in the quality of the work I provide. My goal is complete a customer's task right the first time so that they receive maximum enjoyment, longevity and safety from their products in the long run.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will reach out, send a personalized message. I love to over-communicate and am always down to get the most info and be the most prepared I can be. I do always show up on time and I like to let them know my process in advance - so that as the day is going by they know I'm where I'm supposed to be and their job is in fact getting done according to the plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked for a couple different assembly companies. Training is often word of mouth and trial by error. I could charge a lot more for my services cause I've already lived through the "error" period. I'm really good at what I do cause I'm able to learn from one experience and I don't keep repeating mistakes.
