I can not say enough good things about Falcon Property Solutions, especially Maggie Eaton. We rented a home for over three years that was managed by the company. They were always so helpful and responsive when we needed something fixed. They genuinely care about tenants. Also, Maggie is extremely good at what she does and shows her professionalism. She was so kind and helped us out in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company!

What more can I say about Maggie and Mimi, the dynamic duo? Maggie managed our property for five years through some difficult tenants, who wanted light bulbs and other "honey do" items switched out, which Maggie appropriately told them was not within a landlords' purview. She did this with grace, despite voluminous requests. When we decided to sell our property in the middle of the crazy market, Mimi was realistic, super responsive, and downright hilarious. Even in the midst of selling the infamous "House From Hell," we felt very paid attention to with the sale of our modest property. Falcon got us through many years of challenging tenants, and the relationship culminated in a great sale. Thank you, Maggie and Mimi!

I had a rental house in Peyton Colorado falcon property company manage my property for 13 years they were always professional honest and took care of me as a client they also do a great job taking care of their tenants they worked hard to get me good tenants in the 13 years they manage my property. I sold my home through them with Mimi Foster she was professional knowledgeable kind and courteous and I have nothing but good things to say about this company and their employees their dedicated to their clients thank you so much for 13 great years of managing my property I appreciate you all dedication and hard work has not gone unnoticed

I cant even begin to say how exctied we are to be back with Falcon Property Solutions!!! We have been renters with them for years and we were very disappoitned when the home we lived in was sold.. HOWEVER we are back in business again! Amazing how when things need to be fixed how fast the team works together to get minor issues resolved. Mimi Foster was our agent and went above and beyond our hopes. She walked us newbies through each stage of the process. She helped find trades people for all repairs needed. Then when there was lack of communication from the title company, she worked tirelessly to get it resolved quickly. We'd highly recommend her services, and Falcon Property.
