Counsel First

Introduction: At Counsel First we encourage you to learn about yourself, your feelings, and your relationships with others. As in any learning environment, those who actively participate will benefit the most. For this reason we work to maintain a private, caring environment where you can be open and honest with your therapist. Your therapist will then assist you in setting and reaching appropriate goals while always respecting your confidentiality. People of any age can grow and profit from the experience of counseling. There is no “wrong” time to begin! I tell my wife and my family all the time that I love what I do.
