Tilemint did an amazing job polishing and repairing my travertine/stone floors. Jesse, the owner, and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely patient throughout the entire process. The work was done in a very timely manner, and the results far exceeded my expectationsthe stone looks brand new again! What really stood out was Jesses great communication; he took the time to explain everything, answer questions, and make sure I was comfortable with each step. I highly recommend Tilemint for anyone needing stone careyoull be in excellent hands with Jesse and his team!

Jesse did an amazing demolition job. He kept me apprised of his availability. He actually cleaned up as he went. He explained each part of the demolition. He was efficient. And most of all he was affordable.

Jesse was a total pro. The job was bigger than what he initially thought, but he stuck to it until it was done to perfection. Reliable, friendly, knows what he is doing, and professional. Would highly recommend and will definitely hire again.

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Usually we do you do a phone call to set up a free estimate.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find someone who specializes in tile and stone. Many carpet cleaners "restore" hard floors, but often there is not training in stone types, pH levels that can harm stone, and the many different types of sealer. Ask your pro questions.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

"What type of tile do I have?" / "What is the square footage?" / "Is there missing grout or loose tiles?" / "When do I want to do this?"
