Zach was very professional and responsive to start. Unfortunately, after a couple unexpected conflicts on both our sides, the timing for the tile job was not going to work out. Zach agreed to return my deposit ($1500) so I could find another contractor that could meet schedule. I agreed reduce the requested amount to $1200 to compensate for two trips to the job site that wasn't ready (miscommunication with my other contractors). This was back in early November2022. It is now April, almost 6 months later, and I have not received my deposit back. Initially, Zach responded to my calls and text saying he would pay me back after he figured things out with his accountant. I was very patient, even offered a repayment plan. Now his number is either disconnected or he has blocked my number. Rock Solid Tile has stolen $1200 from me; I would not trust them with your deposit or work. Now I have to waste my time figuring out how to take them to SMALL CLAIMS COURT.
