Elizabeth helped me with cleaning my microfiber couch and my daughters carpet. She was extremely friendly both on the phone and in person. She was on time and extremely professional. I have had my carpets cleaned before, but she was very detailed and precise with her cleaning both on my couch and carpet. My poor couch has been abused by my 2 small children. It looks brand new again! I would recommend her to anyone!

Excellent carpet cleaning! The owner is so kind and flexible with her scheduling. She was on time and so professional. My carpets look and smell amazing. She took her time to do the job right, but didn't cramp my schedule. I recommend her highly! :)

I was so pleased with the service I received this past weekend. I have a dog that licks the carpet (weird, I know), but they used an organic solution as a precaution and that I really appreciated. Also, the attention to detail was excellent. I will definitely be using them again!

I choose this company based on reviews. We clear post housing first thing Monday morning and now I'm being told I have find someone else to clear the housing. I have no time to hire another team and now I have to pay $250 out of pocket for housing to clean them. I'm so mad.

I'm so sorry to see this message Joann!! We never bailed on you, but we did get you re-scheduled with you at the first sign of safe driving as there was a horrible snowstorm! We also offered to take care of you FOR FREE! Our equipment ended up dying, but I still found another company to take care of you guys for FREE!! I have no words, but I do wish you and your family the best.
