I scheduled the completion of my bathroom remodel with Chris the owner. I sent him photos of what needed to be done. He then came out a week later and gave his hard estimate. We scheduled for the 14th of June. Monday. To begin the job. Leading up to the start of the job he gave me the dates of when I could get my plumber and electrician out. Come Monday no one shows up. No one answers their phone. No response to my emails. Completely left me and my job high and dry. I now have to cancel my electrician and plumber from coming out on the scheduled days. Its now Wednesday and I still have heard nothing from Thrivestar. Contractors in Colorado have been by FAR the worst experience. Theyre all unprofessional just like this company. 10 out 10 do not recommend. Dont waste your time.

The estimate clearly states that a deposit and signed contract are required prior to scheduling of work. There was no signed contract and no down payment received. Therefore, this project never got on the schedule. We are sorry thst you misunderstood the communications about availability and assumed you were on the schedule. Our team has been out of the office this week which explains why your communications were missed. We are sorry for the confusion.

Edit reply to Owner: It's an anonymous name because this is the account I set up for YouTube like 15 years ago, but this is Erin Thompson and my first review that I stand behind 100%. I gave you a chance to repair the damage to the cabinets and your "solution" was to put caulking over it. We ripped up the carpet you installed in our basement only to find screws, cords, coins and other various debris underneath which explains all the bumps and broken LVP in my entire house. I didnt even mention thay you measured my cabinets incorrectly and your "solution" to that was to liquid nail pieces of flooring running the other direction to my subfloor. I trusted you and you showed no level of care when it came to my home. The way you conduct yourself now matters to me not because I have to live with the damage that your company caused whether it was 2 weeks or 2 years ago.Total remodel done just under 2 years ago and finally am irritated enough to leave a review. Had guest bath redone and they put such a thick subfloor that it's inches higher that the joining floor (see pic) and they never came back to put a separator so we did what we could. They put in an island for us and nails went through the side (see pic) their "fix" was to put white caulking over it. Clearly there was some debris left on the subfloor that they never bothered to remove because we have things pushing through our 2 year old flooring in several places. Spent so much money with this company and if I had it to do over again, I would pay double for a reputable company. And btw, what kind of company doesn't rent an outhouse for their employees with a job this big? (Full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, flooring throughout).

Always an anonymous name. The same person leaving the same review. Just call us (or return our call) and we will fix the problem. Two years and never called to talk to the owner or request a repair? The 1/2" subfloor is to keep the tiles from cracking. LVP-to-tile always has a decent height transition (1/2" backerboard + 1/2 of tile) since lvp is so thin. We can order end panels to address the nail going through the cabinet. This was a few years ago and we are a completely different company now.

I have been working with Thrivestar Renovations for some time now and they have a wonderful team to work alongside. The owner, Chris, is a very honest, kind and professional person, he always makes sure that the projects have a high quality and satisfactory finish while taking good care of his people.
