Kent reached out almost immediately after I sent my project request. He offered to come to my home and assess possible water intrusion that very day. He arrived on time, did the assessment quickly, and gave me some general insight. Ultimately (and happily), I did not have issues that required further attention, but I will definitely return to Kent should they rear their ugly head.

Amazing service! Super honest and professional. I would highly recommend to anyone with questions or needs involving water damage. I had a refrigerator leak and I found water in my basement. I had damage to floor and walls resulting from splash and spillage in the bathroom. Kent immediately recognized the problem(s), thoroughly checked each area for wallboard, flooring, and underfloor damage, and for structural damage and mold. He was able to recommend a reasonable path forward to repair the existing damages and to avoid recurrence. I was very pleased with his ability to assess the problems and clearly describe the actual repairs needed, as well as the next level of work that would make the 'new' blend in with the 'old.'

We respond to residential and commercial water damage emergencies immediately, day or night. There is no charge for us to assess damages and detail exactly what is needed for you to recover from your flooding. Pricing is industry standard and is mostly done through your insurance company. If you don't have insurance, please give us a call and we will work with you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We arrive on scene within one hour, make a thorough inspection of your emergency, then give you options. We can go to work immediately if you want to minimize damages and properly prepare your home and business for build-back services.
