- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing, from research, is considered to be on the cheaper side but also competitive with other companies. No matter what the price may be, we strive to provide the top “first class” experience to anyone who seeks our services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To me, building a great relationship and enjoying meeting a new person. Of course we stay professional and provide the best customer service we are able to.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I educate almost all my customers with the facts of why my services are important and why they are needed.
