Lenora started yoga with me almost two years ago. We had to start in a CHAIR because I was so crippled from arthritis. She continues to tailor the class to my needs & abilities. We meet three days a week and the chair is GONE! Yoga with Lenora has given me my life back!

Lenora is amazing. My flexibility and strength grew in leaps an bounds while being very conscious of some health issues. My sciatica decreased a lot and I feel better and better. Lenora is an exceptional teacher!

Lenora is a wonderful yoga teacher. I was not in great shape at all when I went to my first yoga session with her, huffing and puffing my way through my sessions. She went above and beyond by giving me specific poses to do to address my particular conditions. She is the embodiment of loving-kindness and is in awesome shape herself. My physical, mental, emotional and spiritual being has been completely uplifted by the sessions I have had with her. I highly recommend her.
