Scott took very professional photos of our dance couples at our annual Valentine's ballroom dance. He was very easy to work with and professional from start to end. I highly recommend Scott for your events!Feb 10, 2016Verified
Scott took photographs at several events for our shop. He was professional and the photographs were beautiful! Many of them were used in social media posts for local magazines as well as our company catalogue that went out to over 500 clients.Jan 1, 2016
Scott came to my home to shoot my products. He was very professional and came prepared. I was impressed with his knowledge and thrilled with the results. Excellent communication and response times. Highly recommend.Jan 28, 2016Verified
Scott did a great job and really helped pull out a smile that isn't always there. I will be using him again for some other business shots and my wife is now wanting family pictures done as well.Mar 23, 2016Verified
Cindy and I traveled to Colorado for a weekend get-away and contacted Scott to see if he could take some pictures of us, he chose the perfect location and the pictures turned out awesome. We used one of them for our Christmas cards, I highly recommend him.Dec 16, 2015Scott Smith Photography's reply
Thank you Jerry!
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Detailed rate information for various types of shoots are on my website. I normally charge $100 per hour, whether on-site or in my studio, plus minimal travel expenses outside of the Denver area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Every customer is unique, so I don't try to fit any customer into a category. The most important aspect to me is finding out what they expect from their photos. With wedding clients it really helps to get to know their personalities somewhat, so I can tailor my work to them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I had several photography and art classes in school, was mentored in 35mm film photography and darkroom negative/print processing in college.
