I called Climate Control as a second opinion when another company failed to fix my problem after 2 days and a few different diagnoses. Climate Control technician arrived early and quickly identified what was wrong with my furnace and AC. Went to get the part and had it fixed in less than 2 hours. Saved me some money and even made some recommendations on how to keep my older furnace running well.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our diagnostic fee for service is $89 and will be waived with repairs. On HVAC System replacements our estimates are Free, and we can provide you a quote before we leave your home.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask them their name and ask the customer what they are experiencing with their equipment, how can we help and what is the best time to visit their home to diagnose the system.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Nate certified and are registered with the State of Colorado.
