Sagid is great! We had 5 interior doors we needed replaced. He and his crew worked for a day and half removing the old doors and painting, trimming, installing hardware, and hanging the new doors. The project was completed on-time and for the agreed upon price. Sagid is a nice guy and we would recommend him to anyone.

These guys are GREAT! Good communication, fast responses to all of my questions, and really friendly. They were flexible and worked around some other vendors we had on site.
We completely demo’d a kitchen, removed laminate hardwood flooring, and laid new tile with underpayment. They worked fast and did not cause any issues with the neighbors in our building or with our HOA.

I believe in fair and transparent pricing. Every project is different, so I provide upfront estimates based on the scope of work, materials, and labor. No hidden fees, no surprises—just honest pricing. I also offer discounts for larger jobs, repeat customers, and referrals.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to have a conversation about your project—what you need, your budget, and your timeline. Then, I assess the job in person to provide an accurate estimate. Once we agree on the details, I schedule the work and make sure everything is done to your satisfaction before wrapping up. Communication is key, so I keep you updated throughout the process.
An onsite estimate is most of the time a very necessary, pictures are very appreciated but we kindly ask that you refrain from asking for a full price estimate or range based just only off pictures.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in the construction and home improvement industry for years, gaining hands-on experience in everything from framing and carpentry to roofing, siding, and flooring. I’ve worked with skilled tradesmen, learned the best techniques, and keep up with the latest materials and methods to ensure quality results.
