I've hired Francisco a couple times now. First to replace some whirley vents and some broken concrete tiles. Then fix a leak from the flashing around a skylight. With all the hail and rain in town I was looking at 4-6 weeks to get someone out, but he came the next day. He did a great job at a reasonable price and backs his work with a 2 year leak warranty.

Have used Obsolete 3 times to repair/ replace our cement tiles on our roof.He is reasonably priced and takes pictures while up there to show u broken tiles etc.
His worker does a good job on the gutters too. We have a 3 story peaked roof .. He’s good at his profession.
Would recommend for sure.
