- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on: square footage, the dirtiness of the home, and specific requests wanted done to the home. (The FIRST quote given is based on the square footage of the home.) ANY other requests wanted done to the home RAISES the price DEPENDING on how big the request is. For example, a person with a home of 2,000 sq ft wanting their walls specifically cleaned would pay more than a person with the same home of 2,000 sq ft wanting their baseboards specifically cleaned. When working with new customers I usually require square footage of the home, address, phone number, and specific requests wanted done to the house/condo/apt/studio etc.
