- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go in to get acquainted and have a look at what special requests and needs the client might have. I answer any questions and get right to work
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve helped friends and family with their cleaning for years. I picked up some of my own clients that I cleaned for on the side while I worked a full time job and by the time I was laid off at the VA, word of mouth gave me enough clientele to continue working there after.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Any of those that put a smile on a clients face by the time I am done in their home. It definitely gives me a feeling of satisfaction as well to see the outcome.
