- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can vary depending on size of the job, interior or exterior, distances needed to be traveled to, quality of paint desired, and tools and machines needed to complete the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process for New&Repeat Customers is: Greet with smile and Handshake Learn and suggest to customers paint needs for a quality finished product. Complete project in a timely manner and of the highest quality Do a walk through with the customer to ensure expectations were met. Fix any issue that may have arose during walkthrough. Collect final payment with a Smile, Handshake, and a happy customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the Job Corps program from 1996-1997 where I received a certificate from the Union Painting Brotherhood of Allied Trades.
