- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. Everybody likes to make money. I like to pay bills. Everything is negotiable. Except bills.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Determine what is wanted, what is possible, compromise if needed ( only in vision never in integrity) build, eat, drink satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been fixing building fabricating remodeling rebuilding reconstructing since I was 15 years old and free labor to a father that should have pioneered fix and flips had he any inkling that that was what he was doing. He just figured he was buying low paying less and making a profit. So yea fix and flips.
