I offer in-home cooking, menu-building for those busy weeks, as well as par- and pre-cooked meals to help alleviate the chaos of everyone's hectic schedules. Whether it's something as simple as your Tuesday evening meals needing a little pick-me-up, a 50th anniversary celebration dinner, a birthday, or a cozy date-night at home. Let me show you my chops (no pun intended), and you'll be a client for a long time to come - and we'll have a blast making it happen. Additionally, I'm all about the science of cooking - total food-geek - and am more than happy to show up for cooking classes, or demonstrations. Heck, with a little help from some of my colleagues, they and myself would be glad to cater your next event; be it Bar Mitzvahs, Company Holiday Parties, Weddings, Grand-Openings - you name it! I've cut my teeth from anything from cruise ships to mom and pop restaurants, hole-in-the-wall pubs all the way to suit-and-tie, multi-million dollar restaurants. Those I've set plates in front of include NFL Teams; Cowboys, Raiders, Steelers, Saints, Buccaneers, and the Chiefs; MMA athlete Phil Baroni; Rapper and Performer, T.I.; CEOs of Sprint, AT&T and Dell; and, most notably, President Barack Obama.
