Jordan responded to my request for an estimate right away and was able to help me with my repair quickly and at a reasonable price. I hired him to help with a toilet replacement as well and was impressed with how quickly and professionally he completed the job. Our tankless hot water heater was not working after the snowstorm. Jordan the owner came out to the house and had diagnosed the problem even before he came over. The snow covered the exhaust and that caused the problem. He was friendly, professional and on time. We will definitely call Defense Plumbing next time there’s an issue.
