My furnace went out late one Thursday evening at the start of a recent "cold snap" & I was able to book a service call with Heart for the next day. Ruben was out before noon on Friday to check out my furnace; he was extremely personable, knowledgeable, & thoroughly explained all of my options for repair vs. replacement. When I opted to replace my 34-year old furnace, he was able to schedule it for first thing the next morning (a Saturday). During a brief conversation with the owner, a fellow Veteran, it was crystal clear that he genuinely prioritizes customer service & satisfaction and I was confident that I was in good hands! Shane & Josh arrived the next morning shortly after 8am to start the process of replacing my furnace. Ruben arrived shortly after to confirm the plan to also install two return vents and ensure everyone was on the same page. On a day when it was below zero outside, these gentlemen worked quickly, but carefully, to make sure I would be warm an toasty for years to come! Beau came out, in the middle of a blizzard, the next Monday to finalize the electrical part of the installation process so that everything was fully up to code. He was very friendly and made quick work of finishing up the electrical part to finalize my furnace install. Brittney helped coordinate with scheduling an inspection with the building department and everything passed with flying colors! While replacing a major home appliance is never fun for anyone, I can honestly say that Heart Heating & Cooling made the entire process very simple and stress-free. From the moment Ruben arrived to the minute Beau left, I felt comfortable & confident with the Heart team helping me through the process. I feel so grateful for each and every member of the team at Heart Heating & Cooling and I look forward to working with them again in the future for all of my [hopefully routine] heating, cooling, and plumbing needs. I honestly cant say enough good things about this company!!

The plumber that first came and did work was good and did what I needed to do it was expensive though. I bought a membership plan but was very disappointed with future visits for electricity issues and hvac as well. They could not get to me at the time promised and in fact didn’t come on days they were supposed to come. I work, of course so, I changed my schedules for the visits so, I don’t think the membership gives me the benefits they promised.
