Alan did a great job repairing our dishwasher. He came out and diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and came back a few days later to install it. Communication was clear, pricing was fair, and he showed up when he said he would. Highly recommend and will use him again when we need another repair.

Alan showed up at the time he advised. A skilled repairman who didn't give up. Put in lot of extra effort to repair our stove. Even able to salvage a supposedly rebuilt part a supplier failed to supply in operable condition. Saved us from buying another stove.

Alan is an absolute expert. He found out as much about the problems I was having with my appliances in advance of the appointment, including the model numbers and came prepared with the items to resolve the issue right away. He talked me through the diagnosis and repair respectfully and gave me ample opportunity to ask questions about the problem. Even though my dryer tried to give him trouble, he was done very quickly with the repair. The cost was more than fair and I will reach out again if I have further appliance issues.
