What a wonderful experience! Alan was able to come the day after I called him when I thought my freezer was failing. He was able to diagnose the problem after removing inches of ice in the freezer itself and behind the back panel. He had the spare part he needed and after completing the repair he put everything back in my freezer and cleaned up the area. I was happy with the cost, highly recommend him and I will hire him again with any other appliance problem I may have.

Alan did a great job repairing a burner on our gas range. He was quick to respond to our request, kept us posted on scheduling, and showed up on time and did a great job for a good price. We will definitely use Alan again for any appliance repair jobs in the future.
