- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service call / diagnostic fee is $89. This includes a full inspection of the appliance and diagnosis of the issue. If you decide to proceed with the repair, the service call is applied toward the total repair cost. We always provide an estimate before starting any repair so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we gather a few details about the appliance and the issue you are experiencing. Then we schedule a service visit. During the visit we perform a full diagnostic to identify the problem. After diagnosing the issue we explain the repair options and provide a clear estimate before starting the repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing a wide range of household appliances including washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers and ovens. Our focus is on accurate diagnostics, quality parts and reliable repairs.
