Our service call / diagnostic fee is $89.
This includes a full inspection of the appliance and diagnosis of the issue.
If you decide to proceed with the repair, the service call is applied toward the total repair cost.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we gather a few details about the appliance and the issue you are experiencing.
Then we schedule a service visit. During the visit we perform a full diagnostic to identify the problem.
After diagnosing the issue we explain the repair options and provide a clear estimate before starting the repair.
