The tech was nice enough, but arrived outside of the appointment window and didn’t communicate about being late. The heating element in my dryer needed replaced. I was charged $350 for this service. They would not give me a possible range for the anticipated cost prior to arrival, and after they left, my research demonstrated I was probably overcharged by at least 40%. I was also pressured to tip the technician. My dryer is fixed, and they did complete the repair swiftly, but I would personally not use this provider again because I felt taken advantage of.
