Wilson and Myers were very responsive from the start as soon as I put in a request for service. It was within moments that I heard from them and began the scheduling process with me right away. They were able to send a technician out the very next morning. The technician, Vlad, was very kind and knowledgeable about the issue with my dryer. He was able to help determine the next steps for repairing the issue. We feel well taken care of and will definitely be calling Wilson and Myers in the future. Also, they provide their service of diagnosis at a very good value.

Dishwasher was making odd sounds. I had no idea who to call. I decided to get an estimate from this family owned business. They arrived on time, found the problem, gave me a quote for the repair with no pressure. I needed to decide on a new dishwasher or get the repair done. After a few days, I called them back and ordered the parts and repair. They quickly got the parts, could have come that afternoon but I asked them to come the next day. Again they were on time, and the pump was replaced. 100 day warranty is included. Now my dishwasher is running quiet and functioning like new. Next time I need a service, I’ll be calling Wilson & Meyers.
