I hired this company for a repair on my washer and we had a major miscommunication in cost for the service as they quoted a price that was double the amount that was confirmed before they arrived. They called back to make it right and even offered to send someone else out and honor the price they originally quoted me with. I understand miscommunications happened, but the way they handled it is true customer service that goes a long way. I really appreciated the follow up. Thank you!!

Diagnosed the problem quickly on a Sunday. Ordered the part and performed the repair that Tuesday. Seems to have fixed the problem. Price seemed fair and technician was very personable.
