Gretchen was wonderful to work with. We needed both a current and retrospective appraisal, and she was able to come out to the property within a couple of days and had the final appraisals done in less than a week. She is highly recommended based on our great experience.

Gretchen was very responsive and worked with my schedule, she was friendly and sociable and considerate when she came into my home.
Gretchen utilized all resources needed to get the task done. Doing very through research through the internet, for comparable houses in the area also discussing with different realtors and being very considerate of my improvements.
I value a person that has the ability to remove stress from another by taken on a job and doing it and not dragging it out or making it more difficult than it should be.
I would recommend Gretchen to anyone that wants to be treated like a person in first class, even if you are flying coach. Gretchen will remove all your worries and give you a peace of mind on knowing you picked the right appraiser.
I have hired Gretchen and will continue to use her for her abilities on making sure not only that my place is appraised correctly but places that I am considering to purchase have been priced properly.
I tried to add photos of the different properties from mountain homes to those in the city and the land they set on but only this 3 level 6 story unit would load.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not charge any additional fees on top of the standard appraisal fee which can range anywhere from $400-$1000 depending on the size of the home and the distance traveled.
Keep in mind, I do not perform Commercial Appraisals.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. If possible, meet with you to discuss exactly what you are looking
for.
2. Perform an observation of your real estate
3. Research comparable properties to provide accurate market value
4. Analyze your specific market to determine market trends
5. After all data is analyzed thoroughly, we use appraisal technologies to make market derived adjustments in order to form a credible opinion of fair market value
6. Once the report is written, we provide you and/or the appropriate individual with a copy
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in Political Science and I have over two decades of real estate experience.
