Ted was great! I didn't end up needing to hire him, but he was extremely helpful in giving me additional information to help with a building issue with my HOA.

Details: Structural repair to an existing structure • Inspection of existing structure, repairs, or new construction • Residential

Terrafirm LLC Architects's reply
Thank you! I feel bad when architects show clients impossible solutions on paper. I had to make sure you were not “designed into a corner”.

Ted was excellent to work with. He was very detailed, responsive, and communicative throughout the process. He took the time to clearly explain the inspection findings and made sure I fully understood both the condition and the engineering principles behind it.

He also ensured the scope, report, and level of service matched exactly what I needed, which I really appreciated. The service was professional, efficient, and fairly priced. I would absolutely hire Ted again and would confidently recommend him to others looking for clear, trustworthy structural insight.

We had Ted Tinsman work on both a commercial project for our new customer office suite (for our medical practices)as well as several projects for our residential properties. Ted is very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of architecture , building codes, optimal space utilization, as well as water rights . Highly recommend him and his firm for any construction project!
