- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
“Our pricing really depends on the scope of the project, but to give you a general idea: full bathroom remodels typically range from $25,000–$50,000, while shower or bath remodels are usually between $12,000–$20,000. Conversions—like switching from a tub to a shower or vice versa—can range from about $12,000–$25,000, and vanities are generally in the $4,000–$8,000 range. We focus on providing a clear, all-inclusive quote upfront so there aren’t surprise costs along the way. We also offer financing options to make projects more manageable, and there can be savings available—like a same-day discount on materials—depending on the project.”
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
“Our process is designed to be simple and transparent from start to finish. We start with a quick qualification call to understand your project, goals, and make sure we’re a good fit. From there, we schedule a free in-home consultation where we take measurements, walk through design options, and really dial in what you’re looking to accomplish. After that, we review a detailed proposal with you so you know exactly what to expect in terms of scope, pricing, and timeline. Once everything looks good, we move into the project kickoff and get your remodel underway.”
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
“I bring over 30 years of hands-on experience in general contracting and remodeling. That includes working across a wide range of residential projects, managing everything from design and planning to execution, which gives me a well-rounded understanding of both the construction side and the customer experience.”
