I’ve done a handful of remodels over the years, and I can honestly say that Minor is the best contractor that I have ever worked with. I had a horrible experience on Thumbtack with another guy that stole money from me for a year and gave excuse after excuse for why he couldn’t even finish the most basic of things. Exasperated, I finally fired the old contractor, and I was so relieved to find Minor. From the moment I met him I had a good feeling about him, and he truly showed up and saved the day. In 2 days he was able to finish plumbing, and within two months my entire upstairs was done so I was able to move into my house. Minor ended up doing a full home remodel for me which included adding on 2 bathrooms, remodeling 2 existing bathrooms, laundry room, plumbing, new drywall throughout, painting, installing a French door entrance on side of my house, floors and kitchen and fireplace. I’ve had multiple friends in remodeling industry comment on how impressed they were by the quality of his work. It’s to perfection. But the most important quality that I appreciated in working with Minor are his honesty and integrity. He gave me professionally written quotes on day 1, something the old contractor couldn’t do after a year of begging him for a piece of paper. Whatever he quotes you is the price. He is very clear up front about what things will cost and always honors his agreements. I couldn’t be happier with his work. He truly built me my dream house. He is also just a really nice guy with a good sense of humor, and I appreciated his bluntness at times when he didn’t like my idea that he would offer his own opinion. He is in high demand for a reason, so he can get a little busy at times but he will always get the job done as promised. I’ve attached some photos so you can see the before and after of my house.

Minor and his team performed exceptional work on my obtuse, out-of-date and needing-a-remodel bathroom. Despite many setbacks in how the bathroom was laid out and originally designed, Minor made things work and continually adapted to the challenge. Tremendous value and great craftsmanship.

We were really impressed with Minor’s work in doing a full remodel of our bathroom. Every detail turned out great, including the tile. He asked us questions to make sure everything turned out the way we wanted, and had helpful suggestions too on what other people do, what standard heights of fixtures are, where to order things from, etc. We had a bigger remodeling company do some other bathrooms previously and I think Minor did an even better job at a much better price. We would use him again.
