About
Our goal is to be affordable and effective. All we do is bed bugs! Most exterminators know little about bed bugs and are not effective in treating them. Other heat treatment companies are very expensive. Our goal is to be able to help all clients, not just the rich. We love killing bugs and helping people! We realize what an emotional and sleepless roller-coaster a bed bug infestation can be and nothing makes us happier than getting people back to their normal lives.

We called with concerns that we had bed bugs. We were ready to pay the 2000 dollar fee to have our home treated. After talking to Bill, he said that we should have a thorough inspection before hand, since it sounded like we may not have them. A K9 unit was sent out from another company to sniff them out and a thorough inspection was made. No bugs! He could have received his fee from us and gone ahead with the treatment! His ethics and thorough knowledge eased our minds. We cannot recommend Heat Pro enough.

We had a very good experience with Heat Pro treating our bedbugs. This is the second time that we needed to have a heat treatment - the first was in January with a different company. It became clear to us that the first company did an inadequate job which is why the bugs returned (or never even left). Heat Pro was a bit more expensive, but I feel that it is worth it to know that they are doing the job right, and even guarantee their work for a year. I was very impressed with the speed of communication with Bill. He answered my texts very quickly and answered all of my questions. I would not hesitate to recommend Heat Pro for bedbug treatment.

I would give them 7 out of 5 stars!!!! Heat Pro did a great job. They required the minimum preparation of all the companies we talked to and offered the best guarantee. Bill and Matt were both confident in their treatment, easy going, and very easy to work with. When our infestation was more than expected, they honored their guarantee and were friendly and professional about it. They worked with us until the problem was gone and had a large arsenal of tools at their disposal. At every turn they were considerate of our needs and made the treatments as easy as possible for us. Heat Pro was not the most expensive company we talked to, but the heat treatment does cost more than pesticides. It is well worth it to get the problem dealt with in one treatment without having to empty all the closets and drawers. Heat Pro was fast and easy and I highly recommend them for eliminating beg bugs in your house.

Bill Buckley was incredibly professional, prompt, knowledgeable as well as kind and understanding. He is trustworthy and I would recommend him to my family and friends. If you have a bed bug problem, this is the guy to call! He gave us a great service for much less than the other heat treatment companies were asking.
