We provide clear, itemized quotes after your consultation and will always review available promotions or discounts upfront. No surprise fees — just transparent pricing and professional recommendations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about your project, then schedule an in-home consultation to measure, review styles and materials, and discuss your goals for privacy, light control, design, and budget. From there, we provide a clear quote, order your custom window treatments once approved, and schedule professional installation. We finish by making sure everything looks great and works exactly as it should.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are trained through Bumble Bee Blinds’ professional franchise training program, covering product knowledge, measuring, design consultation, quoting, customer service, and installation coordination. We also continue product education through our supplier partners so we can recommend the right custom window treatment solution for each home.
